Q. How do I qualify for  a free cruise?

A. Based on your level of play or average bet and time of play.

Q. How many hours do I have to play to get comped?

A1 Table Games. The minimum time required is at least 4 hours of play at an average bet of at least $100.00.  This however could be lower for example if you had an average bet of $50.00 and played for 8 hours.

A2 Slot Machines. The minimum time required is at least 4 hours of play at an average pull of at least $5.00.  This however could be lower for example if you had an average pull of $3.00 and played for 8 hours.

All of the requirements are based on a number called ADT which stands for, Average Daily Theoretical.  All casinos track your game play when you use your players club card while playing in the casino.  Your ADT number is essentially the dollar amount that the casino theoretically should make when a player of your level walks thru the casino doors.  An ADT of at least 500 is required for our company be able to issue cash vouchers towards cruise fare.

Q. Does a Personal Executive Casino Host have any discretionary power to give me more or less than a casino comping formula would allow?

Q. Is there a fee for your service?

A. No, there is no fee to you from us. It is understood when we book your reservation on a cruise, that you will play at least four hours of play per day.

 

Q. Can you book me with any cruise line whenever I want to go?


A. Yes, we act as your Personal Executive Casino Host for all the cruise lines listed on this site, if you are an established player. However, for new players, the cash voucher dollar amount that we issue you on any future cruises will be based upon the level of play from your previous cruise with us.

Q. If I receive a promotional offer from one of my favorite Cruise Line, should I book it using the toll free number supplied, usually to their Casino Marketing Department?

A. No, we can book the same promotional offer for you and 99 out of 100 times get you much more.

Q. Are there any additional rules I need to know for you to book my complimentary cruise?

A. Yes, in the previous 12 months, you must not have cruised and played in the onboard cruise lines casino.  If you have then we must give you your cash vouchers towards another cruise line.
